- Sedan and SUV fares include 13% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST). All other rates are subject to 13% HST.
- All reservations are subject to 15% driver's gratuity.
- An additional fee applies for use of Toll Highway 407 ETR as per their rates (if used).

This fee is charged by Toronto Pearson Airport Authorities.
Waiting, changes & cancellation
- No waiting time is charged for airport pick-ups due to flight delays. Waiting time of $10.00 per 15 minutes applies for pick-ups from a home, office, hotel, club, restaurant, etc.
- 24 hours' notice is required for any change; otherwise 25% of the base fare applies as a rescheduling fee.
- 24 hours' notice is required for local cancellations and 48 hours for cross-border trips; otherwise 50% of the base fare applies as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation at the scheduled pick-up time: 100% fare plus taxes (last-minute cancellation fee).
- All no-shows: 100% fare plus taxes.
Please cancel your reservation before using another taxi or limo service, or it will be treated as a no-show and the full fare will apply.
